Located within the University of Chicago Carlson Animal Research Facility, the Optical Imaging Core Facility (OICF) provides quantitative fluorescence and bioluminescence imaging services for the in vivo and in vitro study of small animals and specimens. The Facility’s principal imaging instruments include a Xenogen IVIS 200 Imaging System, an Olympus OV-100 In Vivo Imaging System, and a VisEn Medical Fluorescence Molecular Tomography (FMT) Imaging System..
